All intellectual property, trademarks, and operations of Net ipTV are the exclusive responsibility of All Software 24 L.L.C-FZ.
We operate under the legal jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Legal claims will be handled under UAE commercial and civil law.

Data Collection & Legal Basis
We collect only essential data to operate the service:

• IP address
• Device MAC address
• Playlist URL (provided by user)
• Connection type (Wi-Fi/Ethernet)
• App activity logs (limited)

Data is processed based on:

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Consent
• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – Contractual performance
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – Legal obligations
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – Legitimate interest

Data Usage in App Context
When using the Net ipTV app, the following personal data may be collected for app functionality and security:

• IP address
• Device MAC address (used for activation)
• Playlist link (uploaded by user)
• Device type and OS
• App interaction (e.g., activation requests, playlist uploads)

Data is processed to:

• Enable core features
• Ensure secure license activation
• Prevent abuse or unauthorized access

MAC Address Disclaimer
Each Smart TV typically has two MAC addresses:

• One for Wi-Fi
• One for Ethernet (LAN)

Switching your internet connection type may change the active MAC address. This is normal and handled automatically. The license applies to both MAC addresses on the same device. Manual changes are not supported.

If you encounter errors such as:

• "Server (URL) connection timeout"
• "Check playlist URL"
• "No playlist uploaded"
• "Stream failed" or "Buffering..."

Please:

• Check your playlist URL for typos or redirects
• Ensure the playlist is compatible with your TV's supported codecs
• Try this test list: http://netiptv.eu/netiptvTest.m3u
• Reduce your playlist file size to under 5MB
• For Smart TVs (e.g., Samsung), reset Smart HUB or restart the TV to clear cache

License Activation & Consumer Protection
Net ipTV is a Smart TV media player software, allowing users to upload and play their own content via private playlist URLs (e.g., m3u files). We do not provide any content, channels, or playlists. This is a software-only product.

Activation Terms:

• One-time activation fee: €6.79 per device
• Activation is for the paid version of Net ipTV on your Smart TV or Android device
• Free trial can be removed after activation
• Activation is processed automatically upon successful payment
• The license is non-transferable and for private use only

Before Payment, You Must Confirm:

• I understand and accept that no content or playlists are included
• I agree to the non-refundable policy as explained below
• I have a working playlist and a compatible device
• I agree to the processing of my MAC address and email in accordance with the Privacy Policy

Do not pay if you do not have your own working playlist.
Activation fees are final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Refunds cannot be granted if:

• You do not have your own playlist
• Your playlist fails to load or is incompatible
• Your device is unsupported
• You mistakenly assumed content was included

Refunds are only possible if:

• Activation fails due to a verified technical error on our side
• The issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours of contacting support

• For license verification and activation

All inactive data is deleted or anonymized according to Art. 5(1)(e) GDPR and relevant UAE laws.

Email & Contact
If you contact us via email, your data will be processed to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR.

Payment Services
If you activate your app via credit card, your payment information will be processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, NowPayments). All providers comply with PCI DSS.

Net ipTV does not process payments via PayPal. Net ipTV does not include integrations with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
